This prevents damaging anything on the roof or creating a fall hazard. I will use a moisture meter to verify moisture intrusion, and an electrical tester to verify GFCI and AFCI conditions. I will respect your home by using crawlspace gear (if needed), wearing shoe covers in your home, and cleaning-up following the attic inspection.
